Lots of markets, technologies and users of all types to support. You learn a lot, fast.
Cons
Too much work load for a small team. No career progression and compensation was below what should be expected. No clear definition of role (as part of the support team). Can be performing a password reset for someone on-prem while fixing a critical platform incident impacting 100s of users 🤯
