      Unprofessional and Chaotic: Working at IT Answers is like you are working with who does not have tech knowledge, They expect everything from you but you cannot ask a single thing. Stress and Mismanagement: A Review of IT Answers is very bad at managing the employees, No professional work, very bad HR, Empty Promises and Poor Leadership: My IT Answers Experience they looted my one year bonus, they eaten my pending leaves of about 45 days, I request who is watching this review don't ever do this mistake of joining IT Answers. They leave you in the midway without any specific reason.

      Pros

      Lots of markets, technologies and users of all types to support. You learn a lot, fast.

      Cons

      Too much work load for a small team. No career progression and compensation was below what should be expected. No clear definition of role (as part of the support team). Can be performing a password reset for someone on-prem while fixing a critical platform incident impacting 100s of users 🤯
