Good place to start out for entry level in IT, Training phase: basically learn what is necessary for our job scope, Client and Employer are very helpful when I encountered any difficulties in the job, be it technical, HR, payroll. Just be very proactive and ask any questions in doubts. Even those stupid answer, they would give us an answer / solution.

Low pay & no bonus. But if you really want to get into IT, learn as much as you can in the position and try to do this outside of the job scope and try help out your coworkers. It's totally fine if the salary isn't what we looking for, but be positive and professional in the job you are assisted to.
