IWD - Business Development IWD Employee Review

I've been with IWD for almost 9 years. Started as an intern and now a director, so definitely a place with opportunity for growth. Its people are the best part of IWD, great teams in all departments and a true team spirit. The software products are innovative and the industries and clients we work with are so diverse and exciting that we never get bored!

We could improve our internal communication, which can be tricky with our 4 office locations, as well as our marketing to broaden our community.

- Diverse company (people who worked there were from all over the world) - Uplifting community - Amazing upper management (I was managed by a really competent and kind person) - Collaborative environment (everyone was always willing to help you out) - Pro-active upper management that always answered to questions/concerns. - Flexible

- Not enough paid time off; for a tech company it would be best to implement unlimited PTO as it would encourage people to prioritize a work-life balance.
