      Benefits are decent and good match.

      Cons

      This place is full of drama and unprofessionalism. People have been here for years and say they wish they could leave, but can't due to their tenure and close to retirement. They have way too many managers and staff get treated less than. They try to act "woke" in their DEI, but it is all a ploy. Literally keep staff and attorneys separate, because we are just overhead.

      Pay and benefits seem fair

      Cons

      They outsource everything, staff are next. They treat staff like we are less than and just annoying overhead. Management is run by non attorneys and all gossip and pick favorites. They are super fake and treat the staff like children vs. professional adults.
