Too many politics for a company of this much small size.No advancement levels are defined for any position.And people get promoted not by their talent, but by their closeness to the upper management. Most of the supervisors doesn't know the basic functinaries under them as they simply deligate the stuff.Associates are not valued in the company at all, senior managers doesn't even treat them as the fellow human beings.You can feel that when you come face to face with them.
