I would strongly advise against joining this company. The management is highly biased and politically driven, creating a very toxic work environment. Compensation is quite low compared to the workload and expectations. Employees are pressured to sign a bond every year, which limits flexibility and creates unnecessary stress. The HR department has very little authority — all key decisions are controlled by the upper management, whose primary focus is business profits rather than employee well-being. Overall, employees are treated more like tools to extract value from clients rather than valued team members.
