Pros

One of Identropy's biggest strength is that demonstrates on the ground that it cares not only about customer needs and profitability, it also also cares very much for it's people. Identropy doesn't just say this though, it shows it. In my experience, management - whether that's Victor, Ash, Kristen, Luis, Chad, Diane, Mike & others - take conversations around career seriously, listen to any concerns and attempt to address them the best possible way, and most importantly constantly strive to be a *better* company - not just a more profitable, but a better company. And that's a big deal.

Cons

I'm not sure if there are any major cons that are worth venting about. I can say that thing like having more document, standardized, referencable processes is a good thing, and there have been and continue to be efforts made. For size of the company, it's still really good. It's not overburdensome, in my opinion.

Pros

Family values and great teams and people to work with. This is really an understatement! The teams are phenomenal! The quality of people is incredible! Upper management has an open door policy. You can talk to them at any time regarding concerns of what is working or not working, etc. They want feedback to get the perception of their employees regarding how they are leading the company. They are open to options on how to address negative feedback. They put people first and want their employees to feel valued. This company is extremely innovative!!

Cons

It is common a problem to be understaffed for larger projects. Some project estimates and expectations can be unrealistic. At times when red flags are raised, they seem to go unanswered and unaddressed.
