Not a lot to do

The people at Ignition are amazing. Truly the most creative team I have ever worked with. There is a great team chemistry as well. The projects we have are incredible too. I couldn't be happier or more proud of the work we do.

Not everything is perfect, like ANY place. However, in my experience there hasn't been anything to complain or get upset about other than the typical office politics experienced everywhere. Management could do a better job of introducing new teams and explaining their roles but growing is positive and pains can come with growth.
