Pros

They pay well and provide great benefits.

Cons

The Columbia PA location has had 3 Plant Manager's in the last year and four Production Supervisors. Their job post states "due to tremendous growth"... but the issue goes beyond growth. They have an extremely high turnover because the line associates are paid very little. As a result, you are constantly training new employees and as such, you don't have the trained resources to meet the production goals. They also don't have the necessary equipment to meet their goals. Five days a week of 13+ hour days and working Saturday has become a norm. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL!!! If you are willing to have no life, be threatened and/or cursed at by management then this is the job for you.

Pros

-P.E. backed company with the resources to invest in people, the talent floor keeps rising, making for an engaging work environment. -Strong company culture where employees live the company values each day. The company is truly customer focused. -The company employs a wide variety of people with many different skill sets and, generally, the people here are great at pitching in, leveraging their expertise and helping each other. -Benefits continue to improve each year, with more improvements to come.

Cons

-We are rapidly changing as we convert from a family-owned business to a PE-backed company. That change is disorienting for some (less of an issue if you are new to the company). -Company is making progress, but is still building out core services that you might have had at earlier employers.
