      The best part about working here was definitely the people (non management).

      Cons

      Unfortunately the culture changed and values are only written but rarely practiced when no one is watching especially by leadership. Growth only happens if you were friends with the right people regardless of performance. If you are not a golden egg you are treated like crap. If you are friends with the right people you can do what ever you want even if you're verbally abusing your fellow coworkers or creating an uncomfortable environment.

      Pros

      I left a company I spent 16 years at. They welcomed me with open arms and all the culture they spoke about during the interview process was show in everyday interactions for the last year. They invest into their associates and technology to give all sales associates what they need to be successful.

      Cons

      This is not a con, but ImageFIRST is a fast-growing company. You work hard, but it is well worth it!!!
