It was a decent job if you're looking to get into sales, just not a great fit personally - IT Sales Consultant ImageNet Consulting Employee Review

Pros

The CEO is really nice. There is a potential to make a lot of money as a sales consultant, and they do have a lot of interesting offerings. They have a lot of training for their managed print consultants!

Cons

Things may have changed since I work there, but this was my experience: If you are hired just to focus on selling Managed IT you are pretty much on your own and it is a grind. It is a boys club-there is not one woman in a leadership role in the entire company. The CRM they use is very clunky and while it is not completely useless it is not as useful as it could be. The max 401k match is effectively 2.5%, and you only reap that full match benefit if you stay there for 6+ years. PTO policy is terrible, but some branches are a little more lax about it.

Pros

They pay on time, they also give you positive reinforcment.

Cons

Micromanagment, they would get upset if you clock in every day at 8:58 when your shift starts at 9:00 AM, that how crazy their mm can be. If you call a diler the dialer and not a web phone they will correct those things. They want to keep record of every step you take.
