      Good people Potential and emerging talent Company attempts a company-to-people culture/business model Location is great and accessible; office recently moved downtown (Vancouver, BC)

      Limited number of staff with project-delivery experience Management spends more time on inconsequential objectives and less on removing/repairing project and business roadblocks Too many good disgruntled staffers On-going turn-over among management team and project delivery teams Internal culture feels a bit awkward at times; staff are privy to personal details from the top Operations is chaotic and not well coordinated with project teams

      Pros

      * Everyone on the team brings professionalism and experience to the table. * Remote workers are made to feel apart of the in-office team. * Work is planned out on a weekly basis and there are usually no dry spells. * The projects remain interesting and challenging. * Invoices from employees are reviewed and processed very quickly. * Weekly (optional) team meetings gives a chance for employees to share experiences and knowledge. * Overall pleasant working environment with great projects and people to work alongside.

      Cons

      * Sometimes being under-staffed can cause other employees to have to work harder. * Other than that, my last 7 years with ImageX has been extremely pleasant and fulfilling.
