Pros
* Everyone on the team brings professionalism and experience to the table. * Remote workers are made to feel apart of the in-office team. * Work is planned out on a weekly basis and there are usually no dry spells. * The projects remain interesting and challenging. * Invoices from employees are reviewed and processed very quickly. * Weekly (optional) team meetings gives a chance for employees to share experiences and knowledge. * Overall pleasant working environment with great projects and people to work alongside.
Cons
* Sometimes being under-staffed can cause other employees to have to work harder. * Other than that, my last 7 years with ImageX has been extremely pleasant and fulfilling.
