Pros
1. What pros i see it that they have given me 100% hike when i joined this may be a high requirement of a particular role and skills that i have. 2. I got opportunity to work on a project that started from scratch.
Cons
Cons are a lot 1. Very first is they are not good on crediting salary most of the company credit salary before i mean if there is a holiday or weekend they never credit your salary before that holiday they credit after holiday so i don't know what they will get by doing so maybe bank interest :) I have raised this point to management but no resolutions. Salary Part is very bad. 2. I worked on a project from scratch where one programming language that only i know and architect know i teaches that language to every one i worked hard on that project i have given my 100% but they haven't given the good appraisal that was very disappointed. 3. As soon as the project is done they simply don't want to employee to stay in company they will force you to resign by creating situations and even manager may told you like we don't have anything for you know maybe you can search outside literally this is the culture they have.
