    Pros

    All good, company is good and it is growing. Employees are helpfull, all managers are good, company has a really good product which is highly accepted in the US market.

    Cons

    There is not much cons in this org, very nice for starting your career. CEO is also supportive. Now company should look for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Not much advice to management, as they are really hard working. I have seen how the management team work for the company.

    Pros

    They are one of the top 100 content providers.

    Cons

    They treat employees terribly never meeting promises or responding quickly to HR issues.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employees because they are your most valuable asset.

    Pros

    Open work culture
    Salary always on time
    Technology Service team does have lots of challenging project
    Visionary management.
    Supportive seniors.
    Relocation support for the people from different state

    Cons

    Work space is very less, one has to accommodate himself or herself in lesser space.
    Proper care should have been taken for the Cafeteria, Washrooms etc.

    Hightlight is Working on weekends public holidays unexpected overnight works all realllllly make u feel good

    Cons

    Worked here for 1 year 7 months as Contractor If u got opportunity to work here for Contract or Temporary Positions I am Not Recommending this Company, For Full Time Its Kind of OK place with Avg Salary Package, CEO of this Company Really Cares about only Higher Level employees like mangers, He don't know or care about the matters such as some managers make the employee forcefully to work on weekends, most of the time overnight works, some time public holidays also.

    CEO must Make one Meeting with Employees in Low Level Then He Will Get to Know What Really Happens Inside Company

    You will meet some really talented and fun people here
    Good work-life balance (if in good books with your manager and top management)
    Encourages Run for cause(Marathon), Cricket (Impelsys Premier League)
    Good place to start your career

    Favoritism and Politics
    No much growth in career. Stagnant!
    Mid-Management acts Bossy
    Good work is not appreciated but sweet talks are.

    Identify, encourage and reward individuals who work towards benefit of company.
    Have transparency on employees performance assessment, appraisals and promotions.

    Friendly and helpful colleagues. Opportunity to learn more. Top company in epublishing.

    Cons

    HR policies and sad hikes. No WFH. Parking fee to be paid by employees. Female employees receive fast track privilege on promotion and travel opp.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize change makers/ talent and reward them. Have better employee retention program.
