Pros

Some people were nice and they didn't seem to know that this was a scam.

Cons

- false advertising - promises managerial position within a year where you will manage new gullible people to sell a product or a charity which won't go the cause - 100% commission - toxic positive attitude with cult-like catchphrases - long hours and a toxic grind attitude - even if you end up making "sales" you won't be earning much compared to the average British employee. The plan is to play on your greed to move up and get into a managerial position to draw in young gullible and financial illiterate people, so you can earn from their commission

Pros

The environment is super positive and everyone is friendly and supportive, and unlike other working places where the higher ups are more intimidating, its the opposite here, the more senior the person's position, the more friendly and easier to get along with they are. The opportunity to progress is amazing, it gives you amazing earning potential, but you have to put the work in. If you put the work in you could get to a management position quicker than you would with other companies, basically the option to progress is entirely in your hands. Also you basically get to learn while you earn, your communication skills will improve immensely, and the more you improve the more insight you get in how to run a business.

Cons

The reason why a place like this would get negative comments is just because of the nature of the business. Yes the job advertisement and interview are misleading, but its basically just to buy time so you get to understand the amazing opportunity. The type of people that would complain in this job are the type of people that are used to working in a role where you can show up, put little effort in and still get paid a comfortable amount, (so if you're like that, this is not for you) but that isn't ideal forever, this job is for people that are willing to work hard, go through ups and downs, but to get something much more in return. Also this role is not good for someone who has other commitments because this role requires full effort and attention.

Pros

Absolutely nothing at all. Culty environment called "atmosphere"... ridiculous.

Cons

The entire interview process was the shadiest thing I have ever been through in my life. You ask questions, they dodge them, they even try and draw you away from the question and make out you said something completely different. I can't believe the way they draw young people in and make out they have so much potential, when they hardly make any money at all. It is absolutely disgusting, it is a pyramid-cult scheme, designed to maximise profit for the company, and have the young workers LABOURING into the night, sometimes until 9pm!! I had absolutely no time to even eat!! They deem people who want to leave "lazy and unmotivated", and believe that they are wasting potential hahaha, which is hilarious because some of the kids working there are SO intelligent I feel bad for them, they have no idea how much there time is worth, and they are working like dogs for a Bulgarian guy to get a suit fitted. This was the worst company I have ever worked for. They promise so much to every colleague, when evidently only 1% will EVER make it to management. It's disgusting, and WRONG.
