The way impossible presents itself does not convey the reality of how they work today. Company culture is based in values that are greatly appreciated but don't really exist, so whilst empathy is present no action, advise nor direction is never really acted upon. Lack of company direction and transparency. Unclear role definition where the expectation is for you to take on each project in a very independent way. Be prepared not only to work on product design but also manage your project on your own time. Flexible hours can mean late nights or very early mornings depending where you are based. Pay is not fair since contracts are random and based on immediate needs. The company is also failing on not upgrading their fares to market which is causing many people to leave.
