Innovative enviornment with projects out of the box, very human oriented, positive culture of collaboration and close relationships

Pros
Amazing people, inclusive workplace, good product ideas, and they really help you grow professionally
Cons
Started remote but after the pandemic started to get pressured to have more office days. There was a lot of team restructuring, and some people were left on BS jobs, and too much time passed without a more adequate reassignment. There were a lot of impossible deadlines that ended up causing even more delays due to rushing the progress and having to redo everything because of that.
