Pros

- Great cultural feel - Open office environment without being too distracting; feels like a library in here most days - Great workspace; they just remodeled and added standing desks as the default for most employees now. - Management very accomodating, works around schedules - Emphasis on helping you be successful with more-than-adequate computer and desktop support. - Family friendly - Generous compensation and vacation benefits - Engineering management has highly technical background - Faster adoption of new technologies than in other, larger companies. - Emphasis on work-life balance

Cons

- Small company, so not much room for advancement. - Workload fluctuates, often from busy -> very busy -> busy. Small team means everyone is usually a little under the gun.

Pros

The environment is quiet, clean and professional. There is a good mix of personalities so there is always someone to talk to, and with a little effort it can feel like a family. Everyone is very nice, and the management is very approachable and accommodating. You will only be ignored here if you want to be ignored. If you have ideas, they will be heard, and considered. It's usually pretty easy to get feedback on your work, and feedback is often constructive. As for the work itself, directions are usually fairly clear but there is a lot of creative freedom, and you get to see your work go public pretty quickly, which is very satisfying.

Cons

Nothing major. Lunch breaks are not included in the 8 hours a day that you are required to be in the office, but your schedule is very flexible. Within reason, you can work any hours of the day, as long as there are 8 total. The only "office politics" I've seen so far is over who gets the fancy chairs :)
