      Pros

      Contracting allows a lot of flexibility. The screening process is rigorous enough to set higher standards for the associates they employ than at some other agencies, and the pay range is significantly higher than many other agencies.

      Cons

      Some of the Senior Management business decisions have been questionable; the branch offices have not been managed well and have lost a lot of business, resulting in an inability to provide long- or short-term positions for associates. Significant changes to policies and procedures are not necessarily announced to currently-registered associates, leading to unpleasant surprises. When issues have arisen, Senior Management ignored queries and no answers or resolutions were offered.

      I’ve used Imprimis as a partner for staffing since the early 90’s. Not only does Imprimis create a positive impact but helps organizations with their staffing needs as well as consulting needs. The people who work here are incredibly intelligent, humble, and have great senses of humor! The modern, innovative company model is supported by a "yes" mindset from management and a willingness to try new things to support their clientele. Everyone on the team is extremely great to work with. They tackle things as a team and support s one another other in everything they do. There is an amazing culture where the Imprimis employees are allowed to bring their fur babies to work. Everyone strives to do the best work possible and conducts themselves in a professional manner. Phenomenal company because of phenomenal leadership.
