Promising approach hampered by inconsistent processes - Interviewer InCruiter Employee Review

I actively cannot think of any pro, I only found 3-4 people in the company approachable and friendly

There is extreme micromanagement, zero trust on the employees, the pay is extremely low and the management is the worst. Everyone you talk to wants to leave and is looking for better opportunities, and people who are there for 2 years hate their job and have no work life balance. You will not get to learn anything

Nothing , can't even think of a single positive thing

No proper training Manager doesn't interact with team mates No work life balance They make you extend your shift everyday Salary gets delayed every month It's more like a call centre Toxic management
