Pros

Friendly environment. Its fun and you get to interact with new people everyday.

Cons

Too much work pressure without even 10 minutes break. No leaves inspite of you having leaves. Less salary irrespective of experience. Not a good company to work though.

Pros

While Incruiter presents an innovative and promising approach, my experience has been impacted by inconsistent coordination and lack of clear communication from it's quality team.

Cons

The biggest downside is inconsistency in process execution.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Incruiter. The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help you grow. There’s a strong focus on learning, innovation, and visibility into real product impact. Leadership is approachable and always open to suggestions, and the overall work environment encourages ownership and skill development.

Cons

The only improvement I’d like to see is the introduction of a formal work-from-home policy to offer more flexibility.
