I can't think of a single pro of working at Incruiter

Join this company only if you are willing to sacrifice your mental health, personal life and your dignity. Zero professionalism, the so called "manager" shouts and screams like it's her home. They will provide no training no learning at all but will expect you to do anything and everything from day 1. They will make you work for 11hrs every single day and please don't expect overtime for this because for them this is usual stuff and everyone has to do this. Also they will make you work on each and every public holiday without giving an option. Also you need to work on Sundays. All of this which they will never mention while hiring you. You will never receive salary on time and receive voice notes from the co-founder that she is not well so you will receive salary late. These are just few of the problems that you will face apart from the constant high pressure and public humiliation.

I actively cannot think of any pro, I only found 3-4 people in the company approachable and friendly

There is extreme micromanagement, zero trust on the employees, the pay is extremely low and the management is the worst. Everyone you talk to wants to leave and is looking for better opportunities, and people who are there for 2 years hate their job and have no work life balance. You will not get to learn anything
