      - Fixed Work Timings No Actual Pros

      Cons

      - Lower than market comp - Financial Irregularities - Micromanagement - Toxic work culture - No business outlook - Poor treatment of employees - Lying about job responsibilities - Exploitation of senior professionals - Super high attrition - No documented policies (Can change everyday on which employee founders are trying to squeeze) - Deferred full and final payments - Lying off employees without notice when there was no performance issues.

      Pros

      I actively cannot think of any pro, I only found 3-4 people in the company approachable and friendly

      Cons

      There is extreme micromanagement, zero trust on the employees, the pay is extremely low and the management is the worst. Everyone you talk to wants to leave and is looking for better opportunities, and people who are there for 2 years hate their job and have no work life balance. You will not get to learn anything
