Great until it's not - Senior IT Recruiter Inceed Employee Review

Old fashioned structure of working in office and non-flexible company hours. They pride themselves on culture, but account managers do as they please and recruiters are stuck in a very rigid schedule. Base pay is not even close to enough to live on, which I understand is to motivate you to make more in commission...but sometimes commission as a recruiter is out of your control (if your account manager is going to continue to sit in their office and not go out and get new business). The Tulsa office in particular really needs to look at their AM's and evaluate what is working and what isn't.
