face doesn't fit culture sexually exploited if you are female - constant remarks regarding the way you look god help you if you come under the equality act of being an ethnic or sexual minority or suffer from mental health issues workload is through the roof OTE of 35k for 60-70 hours a week you would get paid more stacking shelves be good but if you're too good you get treated like a prize turkey and micromanaged to within an inch of your life to the point where you can't even go to the toilet without the place going up in arms as to where you are
