Pros
It used to be the money, but they even took that away. New pay plan has driven many away. Nice to have a great car but unfortunately the accounts team will screw up your PAYE taxes so you end up paying huge amounts in unpaid company car tax. Having a demo should be a perk.
Cons
No work life balance. If you aren’t coming in on your day off then mangers are calling you and expecting an answer. No training is given for new starters until you have been there at least 6 months due to the high turnover.
