Strong financial performance and healthy cash and working capital indicators Focus in inorganic growth (during 2022 Inchcape acquired DERCO one of the most relevant players in the industry in Latinamerica) Intensive digital development

Cons

Too much projects happening at the same time creates confusion, tiredness and creates rework. The adquisition of Derco created several restructuring movements including the regional financial structure.
