Pros
Large Plc with lots of opportunities in the UK and around the world. Working with some of the best products available. Company car up to £40k. Commission can be incredible if you meet/exceed targets. Car benefit scheme is cheap and there is a share save scheme with preferential rates. Training and development is encouraged and is regularly in Germany. Team spirit and comradery is good although you have to be able to take a joke!
Cons
Long hours. Lots of duplication of systems. Commission rates change regularly which can be confusing and frustrating. Outdated facilities. Miss your target by even the smallest amount and rewards can be significantly reduced. Departments do not always work together well which ultimately hurts us all financially and most importantly the customers experience.
