- Autonomy - Easy to stand out from the pack - Work/life balance - Travel
Cons
- Upper management stifled by old methodology & group-think - No one is willing to push back on poor ideas from the CEO - Super conservative company (in terms of remuneration, retaining strong employees, etc.) - Lots of dead wood within the company; going through the org. chart you're consistently asking yourself "what does that person do?" -- answer is generally: "not a lot"
