Nice people, but a company stuck in its old ways - Project Analyst Independent Project Analysis Employee Review

-Pay is fair and benefits are INCREDIBLE. When I was there health insurance for myself and my spouse was free. -Feels like a family operation (because it is!) but works with globally-recognized firms. -A great place to learn and grow, and, if you leave, this place looks great on a resume and opens a lot of doors. -Lots of freedom to shape your own work and develop your career. -Great people. I loved my team and this was one of the few places where I actually enjoyed company-sponsored social events and hanging out with my coworkers after work.

You are required to work in the office. Not necessarily a con, but for me this was why I had to leave (had to relocate for family and couldn't continue working there).
