Fantastic exposure to projects and senior level management in huge companies, great technical and non-technical exposure, every project is different, welcoming culture, good people, lots of areas to add value to clients
Cons
Work can become quite monotonous, salaries are on the low side vs comparable companies, difficult to become senior (quite a flat structure)
