Good weekly payouts but harsh attendance policy - Assistant Manager IndiaMART Employee Review

We are expected to be out on the field despite this extreme heat, and there's a strict rule: if you don't close at least 2 meetings in a single day, you lose your attendance for that day entirely. It feels incredibly harsh to lose a day's credit just because a client rescheduled or the weather was unbearable. I'm struggling to balance the hustle with the physical toll of being outdoors all day. For those of you in field sales, is this 'no meeting, no attendance' policy standard, or is it time to look for something with a bit more flexibility?
