Pros
Having projects for a wide variety of industries, Indra gives good opportunities of acquiring good experience and expertise in multiple fields, although once you are working in an area it is difficult to get out. Some of the employees and managers are really experienced and talented people to learn from.
Cons
Poor career plan, company politics are not unified nor clear. Not very good salaries in comparison with direct competitors. Most of the projects are so-so, far form the kind of projects the company is well-known for and there is much less research than what can be supposed from ouside the company. It has always been said that, to advance in Indra, you'd better leave and try to return a few months/years later.
