Pros
From the interview process to onboarding to diving into the role my experience with Industrious has been nothing short of excellent. My first interaction with an Industrious team member was with Chris Long who communicated the opportunity in detail so I could fully understand the nature of the position. He conveyed Industrious' values and goals to me that got me truly excited to work with the company. Every team member is supportive and I genuinely love coming into work everyday. Also, it doesn't hurt that I get to work in some of the most amazing offices in the world.
Cons
This is not a con to me but could be a con to others. You are held to a high standard at Industrious and expected to help where needed even if it is not in your job description. One second I can be on a sales call and the next I can be helping a Membership Experience Manager prepare happy hour for support. I personally love it, however some may shy away from occasional added responsibilities to their job description.
