I have been working at Industrious full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Teams are built trying to focusing a lot of attention on cultural fit - People try hard at their jobs - Direct managers try to be accommodating to reportee needs - Hands on and a lot of experience exposure - A lot of autonomy

    Cons

    - The HR team is highly inexperienced and forms policies without appropriate regard to people's lives and income - You are an at-will employee and they treat you like it - There is a huge discrepancy between what leadership says and what they do. They want to empower customers but give none to employees - Little to no growth in careers. They are fully comfortable with employees leaving after a few months and expect it. - During the pandemic crisis, they refuse to provide any stability for employees but instead chose to add to the chaos of uncertainty. They are basing employee return to offices on a very short notice and will not make any general policies allowing employees to plan ahead - Highly reactionary to other players in the coworking world. Not a thought leader, but try to come off that way. - Leadership is opportunistic, not standard setting or leading.

I have been working at Industrious full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Kind, intelligent, empathetic, hard-working coworkers - Somewhat flexible schedule - Health insurance is pretty good

    Cons

    - Company totes itself as a startup, but has evolved into a truly political corporate atmosphere with the pay and workload of a scrappy startup - Industrious pays a lot of lip service to its core principles, with Startupy mumbo-jumbo, but don’t fall for it. This is Corporate America. - Company and personal goals/ rating systems are completely unequal across teams, and certain teams promote consistently while others rarely promote and often hire from the outside. Company goals change weekly, leaving everyone scrambling. There is very little room for growth here. - A large amount of layoffs just happened and it was clear that highly productive, highly knowledgeable, highly vocal team members were let go in favor of maintaining brown nosers who do not question anything. - Salaries are a joke

I worked at Industrious full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-Culture was great -Good place to start out a career but no growth opportunities whatsoever

    Cons

-Heard they did lay offs due to covid yet hired a bunch of new people who don't know the product at all [in all divisions] -Operations were not aligned with supposed company goals -Leadership was mostly male, total boys club -Pay was WAY too low for the amount of work. It's laughable

I have been working at Industrious full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The team. Industrious is the hardest working, most empathetic people I've ever worked with. I have held multiple positions with Industrious and I always feel like my boss truly cares about me, leadership cares what I think, and that leaderships cares about it's employees first.

    Cons

Industrious is growing SO FAST -- which is great. However sometimes it feels like the blind leading the blind. There's definitely an opportunity for better and more comprehensive training of staff/employees.
