      Pros

      I have been welcomed back after my maternity leave and was given greatest freedom in organizing work and kids. I have also been offered very interesting challenges which were not hindered by my part-time work.

      Cons

      We have a very volatile history and it needs time to adapt to this new set-up where we finally seem to be doing well financially. But we are on a good track.
