Responsibilities are often ill-defined, leading to a culture of blame-shifting. Without documented processes, it is difficult for employees to protect themselves from unfair criticism. 3. Misalignment in tech stack. The company claims to use the latest technologies but lacks the internal expertise to implement them. Furthermore, the growth path for developers is heavily skewed toward sales metrics rather than technical excellence, often requiring devs to handle administrative content maintenance. 4. Communication gaps. Over-promising to clients without informing the technical team often leads to delivering unfinished products. There is a clear need for better alignment between sales promises and execution capabilities. 5. Salary is below market rate.
