Pros

Invests a lot into training. However the training is geared toward quick results, rather than aiding in your future as a recruiter.

Cons

Very high retention rate. DO NOT WORK IN THE NJ OFFICE! The most experienced recruiter in this office has only 6 months experience, because every talented and senior recruiter can not stand management in this office. This place is a revolving door. Your first year in recruiting is your most critical year, do not waste it with this company. They make False and empty promises. Small shop that does very well but does not compensate their employees appropriately. If you are okay with working 45+hour weeks for 32k then this is the place for you. They tell you that with success you will move up fast and earn a lot of money, however this is false. It takes years to start seeing any kind of money with this company. Despite being the highest earner in your first year, you will not be compensated appropriately. Avoid this company like the plague. They do a lot of training, however upon leaving infotech i learned that not only do they not know anything about sales, but their practices and training is very crooked, and scummy.

Pros

Super flexible, management is excellent, great growth opportunities. Fantastic opportunities to work with some of the largest clients in the Financial, Fintech, and Tech areas. Good growth opportunities

Cons

None really. In agency recruiting, you eat what you kill. The role is Very sales-oriented which may not suite everyone. Some people thrive off of a fast-pace environment, other's may not.
