Pros

Global platform with Strong products fundamentals and solid infrastructural support from HQ. Technologically there is lot to admire but unfortunately it translate in to any business impact in India region.

Cons

Infobip’s India managements is a textbook example of how internal politics, misaligned priorities, and a leadership vacuum can destroy a high-potential market. Despite having every ingredient for success—timing, product-market fit, strong client demand—the India business has been systematically dismantled due to misplaced focus and internal sabotage. Client trust has eroded significantly due to inconsistency, poor delivery, and a lack of ownership. The people who genuinely drove growth and client relationships were either sidelined or pushed out due to the senior most leadership in the region feeling unsecured or threatened as they do not have any ground engagement or are neither aware of how the business needs to be driven. The ones who remained were often shielded by internal favoritism either because they were close friends, old acquaintances or someone with personal connect, regardless of their impact. All the ones retained and fought for have zero contributions and rae just stooges appointed to support the leadership and vote for them in time of crisis. There’s been zero introspection or accountability, even as the region’s performance nosedived. And like clockwork, everything was planned on sales and operations and support functions who had almost birnes out due to lack of serious direction or support from senior most leadership. What’s consistently missing is leadership taking responsibility. HR is a mere a puppet as they report to the same senior leadership members who have created issues in the region, so can't expect more from them as they also have a family to look after. Generally here, if you go against the management you go out of the organisation. All large accounts which generates most businesses are slipping away because some good people who were actually driving the show were shown the door due to insecurities of senior leadership in the region or just because their so called colleagues were not comfortable because of the pressure to work hard. The region has lost some of the names businesses just because of being a control freak. No new acquisitions happening, existing accounts slipping away, customers feeling jittery about their engagement, Change of hands every 6 months and letting go of able people without an attempt of retention is a sign that the region is heading towards disaster. This will continue to happen till the day the CEO doest realise he has been supporting wrong people and has been taken for a ride for last 10 years. Had they got fresh blood post acquisition instead of elevating people who had no external experience, today Infobip India would have shone like other regions globally.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
