Pros
Good behavior towards employees till you are employed with them. Once you resign, they will not pay you for the notice period. Will no provide relieving letter and experience letter. They will even stop your email access, pay slip access etc.
Cons
They are cheaters. Right from giving the offer letter, they will cheat you. In appointment letter, they will hide the facts about notice period payment etc. They will not pay you for your trips to office, will not provide per dims for foreign trips. They stop any communication with the employee once he/she resigns. No relieving letter or experience letter sent to employee. Dont even think of joining this organization.
