Good company culture, not great career progression - Audience Engagement Manager Informa Connect Employee Review

Whilst there's opportunities to change departments/teams and move sideways, I am struggling to move forwards and progress in my current role. It's a shame because I like the role but I'm in a small team and there doesn't seem to be any desire to grow the team. It seems like there's very limited scope for me to progress.
