Great people - but company needs a wake up call - Operations Coordinator Informa Connect Employee Review

Outrageously bad pay! Too much politics and can be quite drama filled. Senior Management don't care at all about the employees. Really behind in the market and won't invest to ensure we keep up with the evolving times (seems nothing changes). No career progression, or even talks of professional development. Work load & working culture completely depends on your manager, there is no base line within the company.
