      Pros

      Travel opportunities across North America, some great coworkers, growth opportunities are there, Really not a lot more to say. Struggling to come up with pros.

      Cons

      Executive team is a joke, they don't have a clue and couldn't do their jobs if they didn't have people under them to pass the workload to. Poor compensation and huge workload. You are just a pee on to the executive.

      Flexible. Nice office. Good people. Headquarters in the UK, but they are great with US based employees.

      Not unlimited PTO. Things slip through cracks because the company is huge

      Hybrid policy, huge company with internal room to move roles, benefits like 401k/PTO/Pension, light work culture

      True corporate structure where it takes time to get approved for anything, management doesnt listen to their team
