Pros
• Amazing place to learn if you’re new to marketing. You can get exposure to multiple functions, build real skills fast, and understand how the entire GTM engine works. • People on the ground level are smart, hardworking, and supportive.
Cons
• Pay is far below average — it’s extremely difficult to sustain a living, especially in Boston. • Leadership is disconnected from what’s happening. • After the merger, restructuring has been constant and confusing. Directors and managers often had no idea what senior leadership was planning until layoffs were already happening. • Morale took a huge hit, and communication during major changes was poor.
