Pros

Used to have flexible pto and be run like a family company. Pre-informa Techtarget culture was unparalleled.

Cons

Informa merger has been a disaster. Unclear communication, broken promises, and an overall decline in every facet of business. All while systematically dismantling the best office culture out there. Even my employee purchased stocks have been a huge net loss.

For the non-ambitious, this is a really good company.

Cons

The compensation is awfully below market value. Technically, you are working a 4 people job. For context, competitors have at least 2-4 analysts working on one service, The quality of research content for sure is subpar. However, the management know about this and chose to stick with this business model. Also, management do not have your back on any client facing issue.
