      Pros

      Real team spirit amongst those who did the work. Lasting relationships with people I'd be proud to work with again. Learned a lot about really innovative tech from experts. That bit was a privilege. A total privilege to work with them. My leaving date and Job Title may or may not be real.

      Cons

      Didn't feel management understood the tech of the Inivata product or the market they were aiming to sell into. Turned out to be true in the end. Good people get frustrated and leave. Bit of a bad atmosphere and scattergun hiring.

      Meaningful work, great benefits, brilliant colleagues, lots of opportunities to be creative and collaborative, supportive management. Inivata is a great place to work for a person looking to do meaningful and rewarding work in a fast paced, high growth environment. Come prepared to innovate, collaborate, and make a difference for patients and you will not be disappointed.

      Company is in high growth mode so be prepared to work hard and adapt to rapid change.
