      Pros

      Excellent training and support from supervisors. Schedulers are very efficient and easy to reach. The company is also flexible and works with your schedule. Culture is friendly and professional.

      Cons

      One downside is there is not much enough room for professional growth because the company has a two tier model. If you are working towards getting BCBA supervision hours, you'll have to scrimp and work extra hard for your indirect hours. Another is they pay less compared to other agencies.

      Not many morning clients, but I know this is due to client's school schedule.

      Pros

      Great owners who always puts clients needs first. All levels of management are supportive and invested in your personal development. This company allows you to be independent and is very trusting of their employees. The clinical director in Long beach is supportive and invested in helping all levels of clinical staff. The owners and directors leave ego's out the door. They make sure to validate everyone's concerns. Therapist in Long beach are receptive to feed back and are well trained in ABA .

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is driving to La Canada or Granada Hills to for monthly meetings. To maximize on time and efficiency I suggest SKYPE team meetings for BCBA's that live in the Long Beach area
