Business Outlook
Pros
Overall benefit package is pretty good.
The company is investing in the future with facility upgrades.
Executives are focused on new revenue opportunities for growth.
Almost everyone here pulls their weight - very few bench warmers.
Great environment to work in - back stabbing or petty arguments are rare.
Management wants and encourages employee feedback.
Cons
Insurance is lacking a bit in coverage - only covers 50% after deductible, no out of network.
Not enough communication from the top down.
Not all salaries are competitive.
Many employees have seen no raise in 2 or more years - if lucky, they received a small bonus at end of year.
InkJet Response

Thank you for the detailed response. Communication can always be better as mentioned in previous posts. I am working on a few creative ideas to keep employees in the know. It will take about 6 months to have complete compensation guides that will show pay grades for specific jobs. InkJet does not give out cost of living increases, we do give out profit sharing bonus and Christmas bonus. InkJet is a growing company and during a growth phase profits are reinvested into the company to keep the continued growth.
It is important that employees feel recognized for their contribution to the company. I take these reviews to heart and do not want to let anyone down.
Inkjet has undergone remarkable changes over the years, and our leadership team is excited to guide the company into a fresh and dynamic phase. Here, the atmosphere truly feels like family, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment. If you're thinking about joining our sales department, it's an incredible opportunity. Inkjet provides excellent benefits and emphasizes a healthy work-life balance. We offer competitive compensation and are dedicated to cross-training our employees, which helps everyone grasp the various aspects of the company and ensures smooth operations. Many of our team members have been part of this company for years.
Cons
The opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, and there are few options for working from home.
